Return eligibility window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order was marked delivered. To qualify, your item must meet the condition standards below and include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Item condition standards

  • Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear, creasing, scuffs, or transferred color.
  • All original tags, authenticity cards, care cards, dust bag, box, removable straps, chains, and protective films included.
  • No alterations or repairs performed by third parties.
  • Fragrance, smoke, or pet odors void eligibility.

We photograph and record serial/identifier details before shipment to support a smooth return inspection.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale or marked “non-returnable” at checkout.
  • Customized, monogrammed, or special-order items.
  • Gift cards and e-gift cards.
  • Items returned without required components (e.g., dust bag, tags) or showing wear.
  • Any item outside the 14-day window.

How to start a return

  1. Locate your order number in your confirmation email.
  2. Email [email protected] with subject “Return Request – Order #12345”. Include:
    • Your full name and order number
    • Item name and reason for return
    • Photos (front, back, interior, corners, hardware) taken before packing
  3. We’ll reply within 1 business day with approval, instructions, and a prepaid label if eligible (U.S. only).
  4. Ship within 5 days of approval to keep eligibility active.

Packing & label instructions

  • Place all accessories, cards, and straps inside the bag as originally packed.
  • Insert the bag into its dust bag and protective fillings to maintain shape.
  • Pack inside the original box (if available), then into a sturdy outer shipping carton.
  • Affix the provided prepaid label; remove or cover old labels and barcodes.
  • Obtain a drop-off receipt and keep tracking until the return is processed.

Refunds and timelines

  • Inspection takes 1–3 business days after delivery to our facility.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days (bank or card processing may vary).
  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
  • Partial refunds may apply if components are missing or packaging is damaged.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different color or style when stock allows. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund once your return is approved. We cannot place items on hold during transit; to secure a specific item, you may place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll provide a prepaid label and prioritize replacement or a full refund, including original shipping.

International returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping and any customs, duties, or fees.
  • Mark the shipment “Returned Goods” to avoid duplicate duties.
  • We recommend a trackable, insured service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Holiday and gift returns

  • Orders delivered Nov 15–Dec 31 qualify for extended returns until Jan 15 of the following year, subject to standard condition checks.
  • Gift returns can be refunded to the original payment method or to store credit with proof of purchase.
