1. Agreement to Terms

• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders for any lawful reason.

3. Products, Authenticity & Availability

• All Products listed are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary due to device displays and lighting.
• Authenticity: We offer a lifetime authenticity guarantee on all Products sold by Gucci Bags Store. If an item is proven inauthentic by a reputable third-party authenticator, we will issue a full refund.
• Availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue Products at any time.
• Condition: Some items may be new, pre-owned, vintage, or refurbished. Any notable wear will be disclosed in the description where applicable.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes and duties: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout for US orders. International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, and fees payable by the recipient.
• Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize us (or our processor) to charge the full order amount, including taxes, shipping, and fees.
• Pricing errors: If a pricing or availability error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.

5. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

• Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order ships and you receive a shipping confirmation.
• We may reject or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in product information.
• Change/Cancellation requests can be made before shipment by contacting [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• We ship to addresses shown as available at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier if shipment terms specify FOB origin, or upon delivery to your address if shipped DDP/DAP to destination as indicated at checkout.
• Please inspect packages upon receipt and report issues within 48 hours, including carrier damage claims where applicable.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• We offer 14-day returns from the delivery date, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Items must be in the same condition as received, with original tags, accessories, and packaging. Used, altered, or damaged items may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
• To start a return, contact [email protected] with your order number. Approved returns must be shipped by the deadline provided in the return instructions.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Warranty & Condition of Goods

• Authenticity is guaranteed for the lifetime of the Product as set out above.
• Except where prohibited by law, Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• For pre-owned/vintage items, normal wear consistent with age may be present and is not considered a defect.

9. Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

• Promotions are time-limited, subject to change, and may not be combined unless stated.
• Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Gift cards or store credit (if offered) are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

10. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

• Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, to transmit malware, to scrape at scale, or to interfere with security features.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and software, is owned or licensed by Gucci Bags Store and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. “Gucci” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Gucci; we curate and sell authentic Gucci-branded goods.

12. Reviews & User Content

• By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Site and our marketing.
• You represent you own or have rights to the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.
• We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Venue: You agree that the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
